Updated instructions due to COVID-19 emergency conditions, starting from 1st of March
We have updated the guidelines of Asuntosäätiö Group after the coronavirus pandemic situation has been changed. We take the safety of our customers, personnel, and partners into account in all our operations.
Our customer service number responds 24/7
Our Service Centre serves customers 24/7. Our residents get all the help they need around the clock, seven days a week. The Service Centre assesses the situation and reports the issue to maintenance. A maintenance worker, such as a plumber or an electrician, comes by as soon as possible.

The telephone service does not charge a service fee. Residents may leave a call-back request.
Asokodit residents may also use our services via the Kotikulma service as usual. To log in to Kotikulma, click “Kotikulma” in the top right-hand corner on our website (asuntosaatio.fi).
All communal sauna shifts remain closed. Residents can continue using their own sauna turns.
Residents in quarantine and their household members are not allowed to use the shared sauna facilities during their quarantine period.
Gatherings in shared facilities are not allowed for the time being
We ask residents to follow the recommendations of the authorities. Please consider other residents and recommended safety distances when using shared facilities and courtyard areas.
All shared resident facilities, such as club rooms and gyms, are closed for the time being from March 1st 2021.
Repairs and renovations
The urgency of repairs and renovations are assessed case by case and all measures are implemented based on the assessment.
As of March 8th, 2021, the reform renovations (viihtyyvysremontit) will suspend the apartment-specific renovations in those apartments where the residents live during the renovation.
Selling and renting apartments
We welcome apartment applications via our website as normal.
Our office in Tapiola is closed for the time being from March 1st, 2021.
New customers may contact us by filling in the contact form on our website or by phone 020 161 2280 on weekdays from 9 am. to 3 pm.
The apartment showings will be conducted carefully by using face masks and by taking safety distances and necessary hand hygiene into account. We recommend that our customers use face masks in the showings. Do not go to an apartment showing if you have even minor cold symptoms.
