OmaAsuntosäätiö, service channel for residents

The name of Asuntosäätiö’s customer service channel changed to OmaAsuntosäätiö on 1 October 2025. Please note that the username and password saved on the old service channel’s web address kotikulma.fi will not automatically be transferred to the new OmaAsuntosäätiö address.

You can log in to OmaAsuntosäätiö with your current account details at oma.asuntosaatio.fi. If you wish, you can save the account details again in your browser in connection with the new address. If you are unable to log in, you can contact our service number +358 942469333.

1. Go to OmaAsuntosäätiö (in Finnish only).

2. In the login window, click on the “Vahva tunnistautuminen” (“Strong authentication”) button and use your banking codes to authenticate yourself. When authentication is successful, you will see “Uusi käyttäjätunnus luotu ja lähetetty sähköpostiisi” text below the “Vahva tunnistautuminen” button.

3. Click on the “Kirjaudu OmaAsuntosäätiöön” link in your email.

4. In the login window, click on the “Vaihda salasana” (“Change password”).

5. You will receive an email with a link to change your password. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you don’t receive the e-mail, please check your spam folder.

6. After changing your password you will be redirect to OmaAsuntosäätiö. The email address and password will serve as your user credentials.

OmaAsuntosäätiö service channel is also available as a mobile application, making it easier to manage housing-related matters. You can download the OmaAsuntosäätiö app to your phone for free from either Google Play or the App Store. Please note that OmaAsuntosäätiö mobile application is only available in Finnish.
