The right-of-occupancy system combines the security of owning your own home with the flexibility of renting.
You pay a right-of-occupancy fee, which is only 15 % of the apartment’s purchase value, and monthly residence charge, which is below the general rent level. The home will be yours for as long as you like. If you move out, you get back the right-of-occupancy fee you invested, adjusted with the building cost index.
Right-of-occupancy combines the flexibility of rental homes and the permanence of owner-occupied homes. You only pay 15% of the acquisition value of the apartment and a monthly maintenance charge.
