A right-of-occupancy apartment is applied for with an queue number, which is obtained from the national queue number service of the Centre for State-Subsidised Housing Construction. The queue number costs € 9,20 and it will be paid to Varke.
Use a valid queue number
Please ensure that you apply with a valid queue number. Applications submitted with an expired number are not valid and cannot be considered for housing offers.
A queue number is valid for two years from the date it was issued. You can check its validity in Varken’s queue number service.
Your housing application remains valid for up to two years, or until your queue number expires.
Is the order number mandatory?
A right-of-occupancy apartment can only be obtained with a queue number, but you can also submit the application without the queue number and add it later to the application in the application editing system. Alternatively, you can fill out a new application once you have obtained the queue number.
If you are applying for an apartment only within the same property, where you already live as a right-of-occupancy resident, you do not need a queue number.
Your queue number determines your position in the application queue for a specific home. The applicant with the lowest queue number has priority in the allocation process.
