Read more instructions

You need a queue number, granted by The Centre for State-Subsidised Housing Construction (Varke), to apply for a right-of-occupancy home. The queue number indicates your position in the application queue among those applying for the same apartment. The queue number costs € 9,20 and it will be paid to Varke.

Queue number and applicant information

Fill in the queue number and the applicants’ information and press ‘Check Application’ button. After that, you can preview and send your application.

Add queue number

You can submit your application without the queue number, but we cannot offer any homes to you until we have the queue number. We recommend that you apply for the queue number, and add it to the application as soon as possible. If you are applying for an apartment only within the same property, where you already live as a right-of-occupancy resident, you do not need an order number.

A right-of-occupancy apartment is applied for with an queue number, which is obtained from the national queue number service of the Centre for State-Subsidised Housing Construction. The queue number costs € 9,20 and it will be paid to Varke.

Use a valid queue number

Please ensure that you apply with a valid queue number. Applications submitted with an expired number are not valid and cannot be considered for housing offers.

A queue number is valid for two years from the date it was issued. You can check its validity in Varken’s queue number service.

Your housing application remains valid for up to two years, or until your queue number expires.

Is the order number mandatory?

A right-of-occupancy apartment can only be obtained with a queue number, but you can also submit the application without the queue number and add it later to the application in the application editing system. Alternatively, you can fill out a new application once you have obtained the queue number.

If you are applying for an apartment only within the same property, where you already live as a right-of-occupancy resident, you do not need a queue number.

Your queue number determines your position in the application queue for a specific home. The applicant with the lowest queue number has priority in the allocation process.
