You have not added any apartments to your application.
You can also add houses to your application that do not have any available apartments at the moment. You can add apartments from a total of ten different houses.
The queue number is used to apply for a right-of-occupancy apartment. Applicant with the lowest queue number has priority for the apartment.
The queue number is obtained from the national queue number service of the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (ARA). The order number is valid for 2 years.
A right-of-occupancy apartment can only be obtained with a queue number, but you can also submit the application without the queue number and add it later to the application in the application editing system. Alternatively, you can fill out a new application once you have obtained the queue number.
If you are applying for an apartment only within the same property, where you already live as a right-of-occupancy resident, you do not need a queue number.
The personal data in the application is registered in Asuntosäätiö's right-of-occupancy and/or rental housing application system. The registry and privacy statement is available on Asuntosäätiö’s website.
