Edit your existing application for a right-of-occupancy home

You can edit a previously submitted right-of-occupancy or rental housing application in Asuntosäätiö’s service channel OmaAsuntosäätiö (in Finnish). You can edit only valid applications.

  • You can add a queue number to a previously submitted right-of-occupancy application. You can apply the queue number from The Centre for State-Subsidised Housing Construction (Varke), formerly Ara.
  • You can edit your application by adding a queue number and adding or removing apartments.
  • You can also cancel your application.

If you want to add new properties to your application, follow these instructions:

  • Right-of-occupancy application: Submit a new separate application via the oma.asuntosaatio.fi online service. You may have multiple active applications at the same time.
  • Rental application: You may only have one active application at a time. If you submit a new application, your previous one will automatically expire. Therefore, make sure to include all desired properties in the new application.

You must register using your online banking credentials. You need an email address to create a user ID.

Sign in

Once you had created new user ID, you can easily sign in with your user ID and password to edit your previously submitted application. Note that you can edit only valid applications.
