Edit your existing application
You can edit a previously submitted right-of-occupancy or rental housing application in Asuntosäätiö’s service channel OmaAsuntosäätiö. You can edit only valid applications.
Need to make changes to your application? You can easily:
- add a queue number to a previously submitted right-of-occupancy application. You can apply the queue number from The Centre for State-Subsidised Housing Construction (Varke), formerly Ara.
- add new properties to your application.
- edit or remove apartments.
- cancel your application.
First time registration
If you’re using OmaAsuntosäätiö for the first time, create your user account by identifying yourself with your online banking credentials or a mobile certificate. You need an email address to create a user ID.
Sign in
Once you had created new user ID, you can easily sign in with your user ID and password to edit your previously submitted application. Note that you can edit only valid applications.
