The right-of-occupancy payment consists of the original right-of-occupancy payment, a change in the building cost index and the value of any changes made by the previous residents at the time of the termination of the right-of-occupation agreement. The right-of-occupancy payment is paid as a one-off payment 2 weeks after signing the agreement.
